  1. So many great desserts! The one that is right up my alley has all of your great tips for making ice cream sandwiches. Really good method for pretty and uniform individual treats. Curious about what plastic wrap that you use since you suggested having the squares ready to go on the counter. Can’t be the cling wrap that I use!
