Quince is my one-stop shop for luxury basics like silk pajamas, a leather tote, and cashmere sweaters!

What is Quince?

I found out about Quince on social media. My friend Diane and I became aware of the brand at about the same time. So over coffee one day, we discussed our findings on the items that we ordered. We both love luxury, but we also appreciate getting a deal. And quality cannot be compromised. We each had a nice selection of items from leather (bag and Apple watch band), cashmere (cardigan sweater and T-shirt), silk pajamas, sheets, and decorative pillows.

So today, I have teamed up with Mary Ann and Cindy to give you our honest feedback about Quince. I will share more about clothing in this post, and Mary Ann and Cindy will share their experiences with bedding from Quince.

But there’s more to Quince than just getting a good deal. Quince uses materials that are sustainably sourced when possible. They work with factories that are committed to responsible production. Quince ships directly from the factory, so there’s no middleman. Their concerns are safety, fairness, and sustainability while offering exceptional quality goods at prices much lower prices than their competitors. Classic Italian Leather Tote

The first thing I did was look for a leather tote. Quince has a few options. I wanted a black tote that was big enough to easily hold my laptop, a zippered bag with “purse” items, an umbrella, and a sweater for travel.

The inside of the bag has a roomy pocket with a velcro closure strap for my laptop. A hook for my keys which is so nice when your hands are full, and you don’t want to have to dig for them. And with a smart key for home and car, I never need to remove them from the hook. It has a zippered pocket which is where I keep my wallet and passport, and two roomy pockets for things like my iPhone.

The Classic Italian Leather Tote has been my go-to since the day it arrived. It’s made of beautiful leather that doesn’t scratch. It’s comfortable to wear every day, and it’s perfect for travel. I have not yet used it for travel, but you can bet I’ve done a test to see how it will look and feel when it has everything I need for an overnight flight.

The good news is that it does not look or feel overstuffed! It’s perfect for a quick trip with my laptop and everything I’ll need for a day in the city. But it’s also going to be perfect as my travel tote.

The price for the classic leather tote is $99! The traditional retail for this bag is $328. Oh, and it had 343 five-star reviews the last time I checked.

Mongolian Cashmere Oversized Boyfriend Cardigan Sweater

I love a cardigan sweater. An oversize boyfriend cashmere cardigan that comes in six colors. Yes, please! There’s nothing I love more than a cozy sweater to be worn with everything from midi skirts, white jeans, casual pants, and t-shirts…silk pajamas when traveling…and at home, for that matter.

This cashmere cardigan checks all the boxes. I brought it in my bag on a surprisingly cool evening in the city, and I’m so glad I had it. The train home was even cooler. I plan to get this sweater in heather gray and brown. The average retail price for a cashmere cardigan boyfriend sweater of this quality is $239, or maybe even quite a bit more. This one from Quince is $139 and has almost 900 five-star reviews!

Washable Silk Pajamas

Silk pajama bottoms and a silk tank are anything but basic, but I must say they are my favorite to wear every night! They feel so luxurious that it’s tempting to save them for travel.

Although they are great for travel because they are so lightweight, I compared them to the pajamas I bought at the Nordstrom sale, and the weight difference when packing a suitcase cannot be ignored. I’m always trying to keep my bag lightweight so that I can make sure not to go over the limit when I return. The washable silk pair from Quince is so comfortable to wear, washes beautifully, and is so lightweight!
