I try to create something slightly different for our Easter tablescape every year. This time, I am showing how to set a colorful Easter table setting. I do not use color a lot. I stay pretty neutral, except for the holidays. Regarding holidays, all bets are off on the Easter centerpiece, fresh flowers, and all the Easter table decorations.
The floral dinner plates from Terrain inspired my color palette. A great way to start any tablescape is with one piece. The table linens are my favorite, and I have used them on our rustic Christmas table and now for our Easter brunch table. I did not use napkin rings, but these or these would be lovely. I tied these adorable chocolate carrots with a little gingham ribbon for place cards. I’ll need to tuck in little name cards.
Easter Decorations for a Colorful Easter Table Setting
Since the color scheme was colorful, I used blue glass eggs on the table with colorful spring plants in Bergs pottery. The colorful Easter eggs in the carton are hand-painted chocolate eggs, almost like wooden eggs. I like the idea of chocolate eggs way more! ha
At the Center of the Table
A beautiful tablescape needs floral centerpieces. While I filled the house with spring flowers like mimosa, daffodils, and tulips, I went with all the potted plants on the table. I love the casual and rustic look of the outdoor pots on the dining table. The tulips and Hyacinths look beautiful in Easter colors, and the floral dinner plates from Terrain or a white dinner plate would work beautifully, too.
Bergs Pottery is one of my favorite things to use indoors in the winter and spring and outdoors in summer and fall. This post shows how we used them last year at Christmas. Amaryllis and paperwhites are now tulips and Hyacinths at this time of year. I like to add preserved moss to cover the soil for a pretty table.
Candles
I always add candles, even if it’s daytime. Some say candlelight is for after 4 p.m., but I believe personal style comes into play with things like candlelight. I used these adorable egg candles in mini tart tins with moss for a natural element. I mixed them among the planters on the dining room table. You could also use egg cups for these candles.
Candles and potted plants for a casual spring centerpiece with an elegant look while still rustic and casual. Mixing everything is the most important part of making it interesting but not too fancy! After all, we’re family and friends gathering for a meal to celebrate a holiday!

Other Favorite Finds this Week:
Quince Leather Crossbody Bag
This leather crossbody bag is from Quince. I love the Quince brand for finding affordable clothing, bags, and home goods. You can read more about it in this post. I’ve had my eye on several crossbody bags for spring. The one from Quince is the least expensive. However, it has almost 1,400 five-star reviews and comes in eight colors! What’s not to love? Have you tried the Quince brand yet?
Nearly New Cashmere Company
Have you seen this company? I discovered them on Instagram, and I am so impressed. The owner is so knowledgeable. She’s been talking a lot lately about Hermes scarves and how to authenticate them when buying to ensure you know what you’re getting. Follow them on Instagram @nearlynewcashmere
Londontown’s Illuminating Nail Concealer
Have you tried this yet? It’s a game-changer! Especially if you like natural-looking nails.
