The minute I saw Brooke’s recipe for Paleo Apple Crisp I knew I would make it before the day was over. It’s on its way to being my new favorite breakfast with yogurt and dessert with a small scoop of ice-cream. It’s so good and no white flour or brown sugar like the apple pie I used to make. The sweetness comes from a little Maple Syrup. It takes just a few minutes to throw together and the house smells like fall while it’s baking in the oven. I’m always easing my way into the next month/season way before the calendar marks the time. I’ll be making this through summer and well into fall.

Hi Sarah! It’s an 8×8 pan, but a 9×9 or anything close would work too!
