Paleo Apple Crisp


A simple and healthy apple crisp that’s perfect for breakfast or dessert.



For the Filling:

34 apples peeled and sliced into small pieces

1/2 cup canned coconut milk

12 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon cinnamon

For the Topping:

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup coconut oil (melted and cooled)

1 tablespoon maple syrup


In a medium bowl mix together and put into a baking dish, pie dish or pan.

Combine the ingredients and mix together with a fork and sprinkle evenly over apple mixture.

Bake covered in a 350ยบ oven for 10 minutes and then bake for an additional 10 – 15 minutes uncovered until apples are tender.
