Every time I’m in a yoga class, I’m always intrigued by the instructors who use essential oils in their practice. I’ll take any opportunity to calm my mind, especially living in New York City. I mean, aren’t we all looking for little ways to relax in our often hectic everyday lives?
So why not bring aromatherapy into our homes? We were happy to try out the Sofia nebulizer from Pilgrim Collection to bring the art of essential oils into our daily routine.
With its wood base and ceramic cover, the nebulizer looks beautiful and adds a nice touch to a bedside table. The setup is easy, too. All you have to do is add a few drops of your preferred oil into the glass reservoir, place it on the base, top it with the cover, and you’re good to go.
There are also two light settings if you want to add a little glow to your aromatherapy (which we recommend). Combine the soft glow of the nebulizer with a few candles, and you have an ideal relaxing atmosphere.
We decided to try three different oils from Pilgrim– Deep Breath, Fresh Plus, and Zen at Home. They all smelled wonderful, yet not overpowering. We could equally see using the Sofia in a smaller space, like a bedroom, for a more concentrated scent experience, or in a larger one for a subtler smell.
Our first journey into the world of aromatherapy was a pleasant one, thanks to Pilgrim. We were initially taken with the beautiful modern design of the nebulizer, but once we actually used it and experienced the essential oils, we knew we had found a new favorite product.
