Still need a few last minute gift ideas? Instead of a typical gift guide (not that I have anything against gift guides) this is one that could change your life. No really, hear me out on this. This idea came to me as I was listening to Food Blogger Pro Podcasts on my way to Syracuse this week. On Episode 124, Bjork Ostrom interviews UJ Ramdas, one of the founders of The Five Minute Journal. As I was listening to the podcast it had me thinking about all the changes I want to make with a few good habits at the start of each day. So these are a few of the things that came to mind and they might make great gifts!
The Five Minute Journal
The Five Minute Journal – Journaling is one of those things that we think about doing and maybe even start, but then stop for a million different reasons. The idea behind The Five Minute Journal is to focus on the good for five minutes a day with a morning and a night routine. Sounds simple, right? They describe it like this, “The Five Minute Journal is your secret weapon to focus on the good in your life, become more mindful, and live with intention.” I encourage you to check it out. I just bought my copy today and am excited about starting! Oh, and they have one for kids too!
1,500 Stretches: The Complete Guide to Flexibility and Movement
1,500 Stretches: The Complete Guide to Flexibility and Movement by Hollis Liebman. And perhaps a new yoga mat and a towel.
Massage Envy
A gift card for massage or stretch from Massage Envy. Who doesn’t need this?
Audible
Give the gift of Audiobooks with Audible. More and more people are enjoying books in a whole new way. Authors and great narrators make the story come to life. You can listen while commuting, walking, working out or while you are making dinner. When I’m listening to a good book I’ll find an excuse to walk into town just to keep listening. So I’m logging extra miles and listening to a good book. Win, win!
Bulletproof
Bulletproof – I first saw this on the Pinch of Yum Instagram. Lindsey used Bulletproof in her peppermint mocha drink. It has a boost of collagen protein which is good for your mind, weight loss, joints, muscles, skin, nails and hair. Last night I did a deep dive into the Bulletproof website and signed up for their emails. I’m going to start with this product and continue learning about the company.
What have I missed on this list? I would love to hear!

Have you been using it for a while? I am so intrigued by all the research behind it and good things it brings about. The podcast interview with one of the founders was fascinating!
Have a great weekend!
