Kitchen Sink Granola is basically homemade granola made with what you already have in your pantry!

Ingredients

6 cups oats
1 cup coconut
1/4 cup flax seed
1 cup chopped nuts
a big pinch of salt
3/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup almond butter
Instructions
Mix it all up and spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment. If you want granola clusters (and who doesn’t?)avoid spreading it too thin. Keep it clumped together. Bake in a 325° oven for 8-10 minutes, rotate the pan and bake again. Depending on how thick, will depend on how long to bake it. But don’t leave the kitchen. Check often to make sure the edges aren’t burning!
Top on yogurt, ice cream, or just with some ice cold milk! Yum!
