Individual charcuterie cups are versatile in ingredients and easy to make!

Ingredients

Cured meats 

  • Salami or soppressata, prosciutto
  • Chorizo

Cheese 

  • Aged cheddar or Gouda
  • Comté
  • Manchego
  • Fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
  • Marinated feta cubed

Something briny/pickled 

  • Cornichons or baby gherkins
  • Marinated olives (pitted)
  • Pickled pearl onions
  • Marinated artichoke hearts

Fruit

  • Dried apricots or figs
  • Melon cubes 
  • Grapes
  • Cherry tomatoes

Something crunchy

  • Marcona almonds or spiced pecans
  • Small crostini, mini toasts, or crackers 

Instructions

A good formula per cup: 1 meat + 1 cheese + 1 pickled/briny item + 1 fruit + a few nuts, maybe a toothpick through a folded salami slice as the “flag” on top. That gives you salty, tangy, sweet, and crunchy in one bite without overcrowding a small dish.
