Three Ingredient Focaccia Bread made beautiful with flowers made of tomatoes

This recipe is based on the 2-ingredient pizza dough from weight watchers.

Ingredients

  • One cup self-rising flour OR 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 1 cup non-fat plain Greek Yogurt
  • olive oil
  • toppings optional

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour and yogurt and stir to combine.
  2. Take the dough and form a ball.
  3. Place it in the bottom of an oiled pan or skillet
  4. Press it out evenly and make indentations into the dough with your finger making sure you don’t go all the way through.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top (and any toppings) and bake in a 425º oven for about 20 minutes or until it starts to brown a little.
  6. Remove from the pan and cut into slices. Serve immediately or reheat in foil. I think it’s best served warm.

Notes

So good and so easy! I like making it in a cast-iron skillet, but any pan will work. The cast-iron browns the bottom to perfection.
