The most simple recipe for the best lobster roll ever! Especially if you can buy the lobster meat already prepared. It’s more expensive, but worth every penny in my opinion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 pounds lobster meat
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • juice of one lemon
  • 10 split-top rolls

Instructions

  1. Pour the lobster meat into a bowl, cutting up any large pieces.
  2. Add the paprika and lemon to the melted butter and whisk together.
  3. Pour over the lobster meat and gently toss.
  4. If using regular split-top rolls, butter the outside rolls lightly and toast, or if you are using brioche split-top rolls, put them under the broiler for a few seconds. (Watch closely! Cannot stress this enough)!
  5. Fill each roll generously and drizzle a little extra butter over the top of the meat.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle with a few chives.

Notes

A simple, perfect lunch with some Cape Cod Potato Chips or a few french fries!
