A simple coffee and dessert in one!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks until a pale yellow. 
  2. Add vanilla and condensed milk and beat until combined.
  3. Prepare coffee (we used 2 shots of Nespresso)
  4. Pour egg mixture on top of coffee and dust with cocoa powder. 
  5. Serve immediately!
