Overnight oats are so easy and so good!

Pretty Overnight Oats in Jars with fresh fruit with chamomile flower

This recipe is for one, but I make several at a time all in individual jars. I just line up my ingredients and start scooping and then give it a stir!


  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • fresh fruit, nuts, and an edible flower for toppings!


  1. Mix everything together in a jar and whisk or stir to combine, making sure to blend in the almond butter.
  2. Refrigerate overnight and add fresh fruit and nuts just before serving!
