Brooke has been making a few different versions of these protein bites and I finally had to try them!




  1. Mix all ingredients until it begins to clump together
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes (makes it easier to form into balls)
  3. Using a scoop with a quick release, form balls and place on wax paper or parchment
  4. Store in refrigerator or can be frozen in an airtight container for several weeks
