- Two slices of rustic bread
- Two tablespoons salted butter at room temperature
- One chocolate bar (For two servings, you’ll only use about a quarter of the bar, tops)
- Toast the bread on both sides, buttered for extra decadence on one side.
- Spread a thick layer of softened butter on one side and shave the chocolate right on top using a vegetable peeler.
- Serve immediately with an Americano
