Sugar Scrub
This is the easiest recipe for a sugar scrub. You’ll want to keep one in the shower at all times!
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw sugar (I buy the coarsest I can find, but to start, you may want to look for one that’s a little more fine)
- 20–30 drops essential oil (I used a combination of lemon and rosemary, but I like grapefruit and peppermint too)
- Sweet Almond Oil
Instructions
- Add the sugar to the jar and then add the essential oils.
- Pour the Sweet Almond Oil into the jar, saturating the sugar.
- Add more oil or more sugar until you get the consistency you like.
- Use daily on arms and legs for smooth skin
