Chocolate Almond Protein Bites

  1. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  2. 2 tablespoons honey
  3. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  4. 1 cup almond meal
  5. 1/4 cup chocolate collagen powder


  1. Mix everything together in a bowl with a rubber spatula or use a food processor.
  2. Make small balls using an ice cream scoop with a quick release.


You can use any combination of nut butters, protein powder, sweetner like agave, maple syrup or honey and almond meal or oats. You can add in things like nuts, chocolate chips… If it’s dry, add a little more honey, if it’s too wet, add more almond meal or oats. I love to add in essential oils like cinnamon bark or clove.
