I hope you had a wonderful thanksgiving. I know for many it looked a little different this year. We had a quiet Thanksgiving with just us and our kids. We did something new and ordered our dinner from a local restaurant. I have to say it sure was a nice change!
I’m back again this Sunday with favorites (a gift guide, of course) and a giveaway along with my dear friends Mary Ann, Cindy and this week we have asked Melaine of My Sweet Savannah to join us!

2. Is it okay to give socks for Christmas? (I think it is)
Bombas – It may seem boring to get socks for Christmas, but not if they are Bombas. We have been fans of Bombas from the start and are just now reordering our favorites. What I like about Bombas over other socks is that they come in sizes (very important when you are a 10.5-11 women’s shoe size) and they have no-shows that won’t slip down (you know what I’m talking about), ankle socks and light-weight calf-socks and knee-high socks that are insanely comfortable. Yes, I am going on and on about Bombas because they are that good!
3. Gingerbread Houses & A-Frames are two of my favorite things!
For a few years now I’ve been obsessed with A-frames. (Me and everyone else)! So much that we are actually considering looking for one in the Catskills to renovate for an Airbnb. I’m thinking very Remodelista style simplicity. But for now, we will just renovate this Gingerbread A-Frame from Target! How cute are these gingerbread houses? We had to get this one too! Patrick would have loved the Stadium Gingerbread Kit a few years back! Make sure to follow my Pinterest board: Cottage, Bungalows, Ranches & A-Frames for some major inspiration!
