A perfectly made bed in Patrick’s room?!
A perfectly made bed in Patrick’s room can really mean only one thing…he has left for college. Patrick somehow has a full size bed at college this year in his dorm! I didn’t believe him all summer when he said he would need full size sheets for school, but when the time came to leave for school he insisted he would need to take his current bedding.
Linen Yarn-Dyed Stripe Sheets & Duvet for a teenage boy’s bedroom
Fine! Because he now has beautiful linen bedding from Garnet Hill and it’s gorgeous. His walls are painted Benjamin Moore Graphite, but somehow the linen yarn-dyed stripe sheets and duvet in charcoal brightens the room. We went with sheets and a duvet cover and used two of the dream quilt shams in white to complete the look. Currently he has a bed from Ikea, but I have my eye on this mid-century bed from West Elm.
Dip-Dyed Stool as a night table with a light from Schoolhouse
We use these dip-dyed stools from Serena & Lily all over the house. Perfect for small spaces like bedrooms. Especially when used with the Ion Lamp from Schoolhouse. The room is small, but with beautiful Garnet Hill linens, dark walls and a bright poster, it’s perfectly cozy.
Linen is breathable and naturally temperature regulating which makes it perfect for year-round. Garnet Hill linen is soft right out of the package, but softens even more with every wash. We used it in Madeline’s room and GH linen is my favorite to wear as well! I ordered this tunic in every color! They only have a few left, but they are on sale so grab one for next summer! And while I was on the Garnet Hill website I noticed this velvet shirt which is perfect for fall/winter.

A full size bed in college?! What a luxury! Love the beautifully made linens by Garnet Hill. His room, with that fun Schoolhouse light, is perfect.
