We kept going by this adorable shop when it was closed, so on our last morning in LA we walked over and I am so glad we did! It’s adorable at night with the lights off, but step inside and it’s a beautiful shop with delicious sweet and savory offerings. Alfred Coffee has several locations in Los Angeles. Alfred Coffee Beverly Hills is right across from Beverly Gardens Park on North Beverly Drive at Santa Monica Boulevard. And if there aren’t enough photo ops for you at the cafe or the park, not to worry, there’s a heart wall on the side of the building. Read this article to find L.A.’s Most Instagrammed Walls.

A Rose Croissant and a Cappuccino
Naturally I had to order the Pink Rose Croissant. It was as delicious as it was beautiful. Mary Ann and Cindy split a breakfast burrito and raved about it. We all had to try their specialty, a vanilla iced coffee, but only after a cappuccino. I wished Madeline could have been with us! She would have loved Alfred Coffee and I’m sure we would have spent the rest of the afternoon driving all over LA to check out their locations in LA, Brentwood, West Hollywood, Silverlake and Studio City.
Alfred Coffee Serves World Famous Vanilla Lattes
We seem to be making a habit of missing the big snow storms on the East Coast. Last year we missed the big March snow storm in New York while drinking coffee at Sonny in Copenhagen. An extra day in LA was fine with me! It gave me the chance to see a friend, visit a few coffee shops and the new Century City Mall. Next, I can’t wait to tell you about Gjusta in Venice.
