A Simple Breakfast Bowl with Kiwi

A breakfast bowl that leaves you feeling satisfied all morning! 

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk (I use almond milk)
  • 4 ounces Kefir
  • 4 tablespoons milled flaxseed 
  • 2 kiwis
  • A squeeze of peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Mix the milk, Kefir, and flaxseed. Whisk to combine, then add in the yogurt, whisk again, and pour into two bowls.
  2. Peel and slice the kiwis and layer them in the bowl. 
  3. Add a squeeze of peanut butter to each bowl, and enjoy!
