Hooray! I do adore Christmas! We ended up with more rain than snow, but there’s a good chance of a white Christmas this year, I think. Happy decorating!
What a sweetie – that Mary Ann! Such a treat to have natural pine cones from a friend. Enjoy the flurries.
I, too, just picked up a little lemon cypress! The color is beautiful. I just love it with red. Your ribbon is perfect!
This setting is a striking welcome to your home! Love the No. 42 in Black Pots, lemon cypress, splash of RED and jumbo pine cones… Oh, My!!!

I love all of these pretty little touches, we don’t decorate till much later on but my excitement is mounting.
Annie, I was so happy to see you read my blog! I am starting a website soon for my chalkboard signs and bought the name carolrochesigns.com so far. Check back to see what I post…and funny we both posted on pinecones! Your blog is great, I will subscribe!
Did you get the lemon cypress at terrain? I’ve been taking carol of them everyday, they do love their water!

Snow! I would love that!
Happy Cozy days!
Lucky you for the pinecones from Mary Ann. How sweet of her to send some your way! Can’t wait to see more!!!
I saw those flurries too!!
I wish I could have sent myself with the pinecones. You have such a light and elegant touch with everything you do.
I got a darling package from you today… my first one! So special. You didn’t have to…makes me miss you more. When the snow gets to be too much (never too much in Mammoth) you’ll have to come stay with me in Newport.
So lovely, your images are always fantastic x
I really love your blog… just those couple of pictures capture the feeling of the season.
Ciao for now…
So very pretty, Annie!
We had some wintery weather this week here too (you know, not snow, but cloudy skies and drizzle) and that got me motivated to do some decorating too! I can’t wait to get my tree though, then it will really feel like the holidays
