The start of a new year…today it’s cold and the ground is covered in snow. It seems fittingly perfect for New Years Day. I am one to believe that it’s a good idea to start the new year fully recharged…and for us, that usually means someplace warm with tropical breezes. We spent a week soaking up the sun in Montego Bay and are back ready to embrace the new year. The holiday decorations are stored away and the tree that was never trimmed has been placed out on the terrace. The great thing about vacation is that for a moment, your life seems like everything is perfectly in place and you can take on the world with your new sense of energy. Oh…one more thing…Jane is having a FITH (flowers in the house)party and I always try to make a showing. This time, those well behaved paper whites were just starting to bloom when we arrived home. Happy New Year!
